Luxury Trex Deck Builder in Cornwall, NY
Elevated decks and covered porches for Cornwall, where the Highlands and the river set the view.
The Highlands are the backdrop.
Cornwall sits at the Hudson Highlands edge, with Newburgh’s riverfront to the north. The work here is often an elevated deck or a covered porch that frames the mountain, not a platform tucked against a flat lawn. Trex Signature and Trex Transcend Lineage are the boards. Trex Signature railing keeps the sightline.
A covered porch uses a real framed roof. Haven lighting is part of the same drawing as the posts and the picture frame. Helical piles are specified where the site and the design support them. The engineer confirms rock or a change in the ground.
Most Cornwall deck projects need a permit and sealed drawings. We confirm the town’s list, including any steep-slope review the parcel triggers, and carry that work in the build.
