Consultation requests made through our intake link are processed by Hercules, the platform that powers our secure intake experience. Site analytics are provided by Google Analytics, text-message notifications are delivered through Twilio, and transactional email is delivered through Resend. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We do not authorize any of them to use your information for any purpose other than delivering their service to us.
If you provide your phone number and agree to be contacted, Pinnacle Decking may text you about your project inquiry — scheduling, follow-ups, and questions about your build. By submitting a form with your phone number, you consent to receive these project-related messages.
Pinnacle Decking may send low-volume operational SMS notifications to the business owner or specifically authorized staff members. These messages may include notifications concerning website inquiries, consultation requests, or other business operations.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information will not be sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
