This is the project that leads the Pinnacle portfolio — an exercise in structural restraint and waterfront scale, designed to blur the line between interior luxury and the Hudson's edge. From the house, the deck reads as a continuation of the floor; from the water, it reads as part of the bluff.
Cable railing keeps the vista open from every seat. The lighting plan was drawn before framing: riser lights on every stair, post-cap fixtures defining the perimeter, the pool glowing as its own zone — all of it wired inside the structure, none of it visible by day.
